WHY A TAILOR MADE PLAN?

It can seem easier to follow an already premade program, but it has been proven that after an easy start, the compliance to these programs is often very low, with not often long term success. We will start this journey with a comprehensive assessment of your needs, strengths and weaknesses, as well as defining together some realistic goals. It is possible to adapt a diet and a fitness plan to your lifestyle, instead of adapting your lifestyle to a plan. I will help you find the best solutions, taking into consideration your taste, eating habits, and schedule.

 "Miracle -Diet" flourishing everywhere online might seem very tempting for people who wants to lose weight. Unfortunately studies have shown only 10% of people manage to keep their weight loss on the long term, most of them gaining back what they lost, in a "yo-yo" effect. One of the main reason is that these diets are not built to be followed long term, and while they offer a lot of tools to lose weight as a first step, nothing is made to help people stabilising their weight after.


Losing weight is very hard, it takes time and commitment, but you don't have to do this alone. Our program will approach things in a personalised way, make it easier to follow on a long term. After achieving your weight loss, we will work together on a phase of stabilisation, until the healthy changes become part of your lifestyle, and you are ready to become your own Health Coach.

WHAT WE OFFER IN THE TAILOR MADE PROGRAM

Our tailor made program (HK$ 5000) includes : 

  • A comprehensive assessment of your lifestyle and diet.

  • A Diet plan and a Fitness plan.

  • 5 consultations to discuss and adapt the plans.

  • Full online support for 3 months.

You can choose a HK$ 7500 option with 10 Personal Training session instead of the 5 Nutrition consultations. ​

ASSESSMENT

Our Nutrition and Fitness program is tailor-made and will start with a first session to evaluate what suits you the best.  After the free first assessment you will go home with a questionnaire and a food diary template that will be our basis for the program. When all is filled in we will meet again to go through it and I will deliver you your Nutrition and fitness program in the next few days.

HEALTH COACHING

A regular meeting, in person or online will help you reach your weight goals for good. We will meet every week to 2 weeks, or every month depending on your needs, and as long as you need it. We will review what works and doesn't work in the program and adapt, to help you keep on the right tracks. 

Adopting step by step healthier habits will help you keep this weight sustainably. Only changes in your lifestyle can make a real difference on the long term. Former medical doctor in France, I will follow you and support you during this whole process, until you reach your weight goals, and further. When your weight is completely stabilised, and healthier habits are well integrated in your life and there is no way back. Real and sustainable changes take time and commitment, but you don't have to this alone. Emilie will be there every step of the way online and during consultation to help you help yourself in these changes.

ONLINE SUPPORT

During the first 2 months of implementation of your fitness and diet plan I will be available for you via email or WhatsApp if you have any questions. It is important that you don't hesitate to contact me, as information you could find elsewhere might not be relevant to the program we have built together.

PERSONAL TRAINING

I am  a Certified Personal Trainer and offer some indoor sessions. These sessions are perfectly suitable for beginners who have never exercised before. Exercising is key in the weight loss process, but starting to exercise by yourself is not always easy. Unfortunately many people every year are seriously injured by performing exercises they have not received training for, and this can impact their health and fitness for a long time. Having someone trained in how to execute certain tasks will greatly reduce the level of risk and increase the effectiveness of your fitness routine. Emilie will guide you through this, she will help make sure you are spending time on the proper types of exercise, fully adapted to your physical strengths and weaknesses. Personal Training can allow you to attain faster and better results in a safe and secure environment.  Strengthening has been proven to be key for losing weight, by increasing your muscle mass. You are not only burning calories during the session, you are also naturally getting more active in your daily life as you increase your physical abilities and getting more confident with yourself.

In the Healthy Life plan Emilie will do a comprehensive evaluation of your lifestyle and diet through questionnaire and food diary. With these tools, we defining which steps towards a healthier lifestyle are the right ones for you. You will be surprised how small changes in your diet or lifestyle can turn the wheel around and bring you to another healthy change, to another, and another, getting you fitter and healthier. This plan won't give you a specific diet and fitness plan to follow, it will keep your version of diet and lifestyle. Find out what are this small steps you can make that will turn the wheel around, putting you back on track of YOUR Healthy Lifestyle.

Emilie offers consultations to help you achieve your own Healthy lifestyle, adapted to your taste and schedule, and offer an comprehensive education on the major subject to help you become your own health coach, and make your own right choices to a healthy living.
